Health & Safety

COVID POLICIES
 
We would like to thank you for your support during these challenging times. As we operate under the current circumstances, we want to assure you the health and safety of our guests and employees is our primary focus.

With that in mind, in response to COVID-19, we have enhanced our already strict food safety guidelines and have implemented the following additional measures.

MASKS: Masks are mandatory when not seated at your table. They must be worn over nose and mouth when entering, when moving about the interior, in the lavatory and hallway. If you are unable to wear a mask for any reason, you will be asked to visit us another time. We also ask kindly to please wear your mask when placing your order to help protect your waiter. All our employees will be wearing masks. For everyone's comfort level, our waiters have been instructed to have minimal conversation with guests while still giving great service. 

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: In order to control the flow of Guests, reservations are required before entering. Guests who arrive without a reservation may call us from outside and see if we have a table available. Sorry, no walk-ins until further notice. Per Phase 2, limit of 6 people per table (including children) and maximum two households.
 
INTERIOR: We will operate with reduced capacity to allow for physical distancing. We ask that our guests not crowd the lobby area, you may stand just outside the door on either side of the blue tape until you are able to maintain 6ft distance inside the door. Please leave a clear path to the door for “Take Out” orders. All guests are asked to adhere to physical distancing and refrain from physical contact with staff and other guests when moving about the interior. Menus will be single use and also available online. Table settings will not be preset; all silverware, glassware and napkins will be delivered as needed.
 
SANITATION: Industry-leading cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean throughout the restaurant with particular attention paid to high-touch areas. Hand sanitizers will be placed throughout for employee and guest use. Our lavatory is single use and only one guest allowed to wait in hallway at a time.

EMPLOYEES: All employees are screened upon entry before their shifts and encouraged to stay home if they don’t feel well for any reason. All staff are educated about virus symptoms and the best practices to avoid spreading it.

GUESTS: We ask if you have a fever, chills, cough, muscle pains, headache or think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, to please cancel your reservation. Please refrain from visiting us if you have recently traveled within the last 14 days to a high impact area or traveled internationally. Please understand that some employees have immediate family members that are high risk. Thank you.

PAYMENT: One check and one form of payment please. To limit contact, we are unable to split the check. If you wish to pay cash, please be advised we are unable to make change at this time.
 
EFFICIENCY: During this time with limited capacity, we kindly ask that once you have finished enjoying your meal, to please release your table so we may have ample time to sanitize and seat our next reservation. Thank you so much for understanding.
 
DISCLOSURE: To help manage the extra operating costs due to COVID-19 there is a $1.00 temporary surcharge per person for Dine In only. This will go directly to an ongoing supply of PPE and printing single use menus.
 
These policies are in place for the health and safety of everyone, while we wish to be as hospitable as possible to all, anyone not willing to abide by them will be politely asked to leave the premises. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

While this is not how we envisioned doing business, we want you to know we will do our very best to make sure you have an enjoyable dining experience while making sure we are doing our part to keep everyone healthy.
